Head Coach Emily Glaser:

On winning the SEC Championship…
“Obviously, successful. The girls played fantastic. Today, we were able to put the pedal down after sleeping on the lead, which is hard to do. I was just really impressed with how they managed themselves.”

On what was key for this team…
“Right now, it feels pretty good. It felt smooth today, I’m not going to lie. I think they did very well. We prepared for this. Last year, we had a good year and we weren’t prepared for the SEC Championship. This year, we had a few more ups and downs, but I feel like that prepared us for what we were going to face this week.”

Junior Kelly Grassel
On capturing the SEC Championship title…
“It’s hard to describe how it feels. I know how good my teammates are and we know what we are capable of, but it is still hard to win golf tournaments. I’m really proud of how everyone stayed present and in the process.”
